This construct was created to regulate ALDH2*1 production by using PalcA. We acquired all parts from the iGEM distribution kit: a strong promoter/strong RBS combination (BBa_K880005), alcR coding gene (BBa_K2092001), a double terminator (BBa_B0015), an inducible promoter and strong RBS (BBa_K2092002 and BBa_B0034) to regulate ALDH2*1 production, ALDH2*1 (BBa_M36520) and a double terminator (BBa_B0015) to end transcription.
